"I recently had an emergency procuring some documents for my house at the VERY last minute. I am so grateful because the entire office it seems dropped Everything to help, from writing quotes to rushing paperwork, hounding the people we needed it from, and even calling to check in with us. None of this was warranted because of anything on their part and they had little reason to accept our emergency onto their shoulders as well. A couple people especially stood out in getting this normally 3 day process done in ONE day.

PAIGE was at home on a day the office closed and AFTER hours got on her laptop to do her best to help.

TYLER made himself available at all times and very patiently answered every phone call and silly question and gave consistent updates, working endlessly and tirelessly to get our documents in order.

TRISH.A was true saint - she really helped smooth the whole process out. Talking to her was incredibly soothing first off, she really went out of her way to be incredibly kind. She played a huge part in the ordeal, helping is get ahold of our agent asap each call, patiently letting us know his whereabouts, further communications from all angles, even started WRITING the Document Herself for him to finish up when he got there and she paid attention so well that she was able to catch some of the mistakes made before sending it back out and was able to translate our pleas for help into clear info for Tyler to act on. They apologized profusely despite none of this being their fault - the office was closed and it was Us who didn't know. I think they must have only worked for us that day. 😵‍💫 TRISH even followed up with me several times in the few days afterwards - truly a wonderful team with beautiful people and i cannot say THANKYOU enough!!!!

Tyler Howell is my agent. He is very polite and friendly, and listened respectfully. It was very important to me when i signed up that not at any time was he pushy or trying to scare or gaslight me into accepting the quote. I previously had state farm and had cancelled for an unrelated reason. Switching back from Progressive i am saving $58 a month on my comprehensive (now under $100) and my deductible is several hundred lower. They also have added a lot of convenient features in their app. Thanks again Tyler."
